Hermes JIT Context OS

Coding-agent context runtime with an optional Jev Noul ranker for candidate facts: it sends a bounded query and fact excerpts to OpenRouter, caches scores, and labels deterministic token-overlap fallback when the remote path is unavailable. Its published ten-task live-call record uses small SWE-bench-style fixtures built from inline files, not full repository checkouts or a SWE-bench score.
