Apache-licensed self-hosted proxy for repeated Jev Choice and Noul calls: point TYPESAFE_BASE_URL at it, and it trains a small local head on Jev's own answers and answers locally only within a target agreement checked by a Clopper–Pearson bound and a permanent audit slice. Callers' keys are forwarded and never stored; request text is kept locally for training unless disabled. Score questions are forwarded, while the default local encoder sees only the first 256 tokens of a state, limiting coverage on long inputs.
