Codex Jev Router

Instruction-driven Codex subagent router that asks Jev Choice and Noul questions about a short task summary, applies confidence thresholds in code, and falls back to Sol when the decision fails; hosted Jev receives the summary, while local compatible backends are optional. Its installer changes local Codex configuration with a backup, but routing is not enforced at the tool boundary.
