Hunch for Python

Python library (pip install hunch-jev) that maps Jev Choice, Score, and Noul to functions over strings, lists, and DataFrames, deduplicates per-row requests, and keeps thresholds in caller code; selected rows and context go to TypeSafe or a configured gateway, and optional LLM escalation sends uncertain rows to that provider. A TypeScript port offers the same interface.
