Context compiler for Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, and ZCode that compiles a repository once and sends the agent only the code paragraphs a question needs, with optional Jev Noul judgments ("is this paragraph needed?") over candidate paragraphs; enabling Jev sends the question and up to 4,000 characters of each candidate's text to TypeSafe, and the Jev path is implemented but not yet benchmarked, so the project's published results use other selectors.
