Go CLI with noul, choice, score and eval commands that map a threshold to an exit code, plus a rank command that sends one Score per item per weighted dimension of a YAML spec in a single request and computes the composite order in code; the state goes to TypeSafe, and the weighted sum is the tool's own arithmetic rather than a Jev feature.
