MIT OpenCode plugin, Pi extension, and local Responses/Messages proxy for Codex CLI and other clients that asks a classifier (Jev by default; Clef, Laya, Kev, OpenAI Decisions, and CLM also work) to pick the reasoning effort for each model request, then adds it as an OpenAI configuration_update item or an Anthropic effort-only system message so the cached prompt prefix still matches; the classifier receives bounded excerpts of recent conversation and up to eight recent tool results, the published eval covers one GPT-6 Astra task mix (Jev routing and fixed high effort each solved 44 of 44, routed used about 14% fewer output tokens), and the project is alpha.
