Jev Chat Assistant

Android overlay that reads visible WeChat, QQ, and X conversations through accessibility, asks Jev for typed intent and action judgments, has a text model draft three replies, and can fill a selected reply without sending it; device tests are author-reported, Lark capture is partial, and chat content goes to the configured model APIs.
