jev-graphify

Python CLI that names and classifies graphify code-graph communities by having Jev pick from candidate names built from the graph, then routes a developer question to the community and symbol to read first; sends symbol names, file paths and short code comments (not source bodies) to TypeSafe, and has only been tested on one codebase.
